We accept returns on merchandise purchased from the Baby Blue Ballerzz online store, subject to the following conditions:

• ● Items must be returned within 30 days of the order date
• ● Orders must have been shipped or delivered before a return can be initiated
• ● Items should be in their original condition — unworn, unwashed, and with tags attached when possible
• ● You must have your order number or account login to request a return

Online Return Process

  Go to My Account and click on the order you want to return

  Click "Request Return" and select the items, quantities, reason, and item condition

  Choose your return type: Refund, Exchange, or Store Credit

  Submit your request — we'll review it and notify you within 1-2 business days

  Once approved, print your return slip from the return status page or from the email we send you

  Pack the items securely, include the return slip, write the RMA number on the outside of the package, and ship it back to us using a trackable method

Return Status Tracking

Once you submit a return, you can track its progress on your account. Returns go through the following stages:

• ● Requested — We're reviewing your return
• ● Approved — Ship the items back to us
• ● Received — We've received your package
• ● Processed — Refund issued / exchange shipped
• ● Closed — Return complete

You can also cancel your return at any time before we receive the items (while status is Requested or Approved).

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund. Here's what to expect:

• ● Refunds are issued to your original payment method
• ● Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement after processing
• ● Refund amount is based on the item price at time of purchase
• ● A 5% restocking fee may be deducted from your refund
• ● Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
• ● Store credit is also available as a refund option and is applied immediately to your account

Need a different size or color? Select "Exchange" when submitting your return request. Here's how exchanges work:

• ● Exchanges are subject to product availability
• ● Once we receive your return, we'll ship the replacement item as quickly as possible
• ● If the exchange item is no longer available, we'll issue a full refund or store credit
• ● Price differences between exchange items will be charged or refunded accordingly

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

• ● Memberships and subscriptions — all membership sales are final
• ● Custom or personalized items — items made to order with custom names, numbers, or modifications
• ● Items marked "Final Sale" — clearance or discounted items marked as non-returnable
• ● Items past the return window — returns requested more than 30 days after the order date
• ● Heavily used or damaged items — items returned in a condition significantly different from how they were received (normal wear from trying on is acceptable)

• ● Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective product, etc.)
• ● We recommend using a trackable shipping method — we are not responsible for returns lost in transit
• ● Once your return is approved, a printable return slip with our address and your RMA number will be available on your return status page and emailed to you
• ● Please pack items securely to prevent damage during shipping

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. We'll make it right:

• ● Report within 48 hours of delivery for fastest resolution
• ● We may ask for photos of the damage to help process your claim
• ● Defective and damaged items are eligible for full refund or free replacement with no restocking fee
• ● We'll cover return shipping costs for items that arrived damaged or defective
