If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Site. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

• ● Parents or legal guardians are responsible for all account activity, player registrations, and purchases made on behalf of minors
• ● By registering a player, you represent that you are the parent or legal guardian of that individual
• ● Player participation in the program is subject to admin approval

• ● You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• ● You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account
• ● You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• ● Email address changes require verification through the new email address
• ● We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms
• ● Guest checkout may create an account automatically — login credentials will be emailed to you

• ● Players added through customer accounts or tryout registration are subject to admin review and approval
• ● Approved players may appear on the public team roster, stats leaderboards, and shareable recruiting profiles
• ● Player photos, stats, and profile information may be displayed publicly on the website
• ● Parents may request removal of their child's public profile at any time by contacting us
• ● Tryout registration does not guarantee acceptance into the program

Orders & Pricing

• ● All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice
• ● Applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout based on the configured tax rate
• ● We reserve the right to cancel orders due to pricing errors, inventory issues, or suspected fraud
• ● Discount codes are subject to expiration dates, usage limits, and minimum requirements as specified

Shipping & Delivery

• ● Shipping rates are calculated based on destination zone, weight, and selected shipping method
• ● Free shipping is available for orders meeting the minimum threshold (if configured)
• ● Local pickup may be available as an alternative to shipping
• ● Estimated delivery dates are approximate and not guaranteed
• ● Optional shipping insurance is available at checkout; claims are subject to the insurance terms
• ● We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or customs

Payments

Membership Products

• ● Membership purchases require a customer account and at least one approved player
• ● Each membership must be assigned to a specific player at the time of purchase
• ● Membership benefits are subject to the terms of the specific tier purchased

Returns & Refunds

All sales are final unless otherwise stated. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 14 days of delivery. Refund eligibility is determined on a case-by-case basis. Membership fees and digital services are non-refundable once activated.

• ● Subscription products are billed monthly on a recurring basis via Stripe
• ● By subscribing, you authorize automatic recurring charges to your payment method
• ● If a payment fails, we will retry up to 3 times over a 6-day period before marking the subscription as past due
• ● Past-due subscriptions have a 7-day grace period before expiration
• ● You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account page — cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
• ● We reserve the right to pause, cancel, or modify subscription pricing with notice
• ● Subscription terms must be accepted at checkout before purchase

Email Communications

By creating an account or making a purchase, you consent to receive transactional emails including order confirmations, shipping notifications, payment receipts, password resets, and account-related notices. If you opt in to team communications, you may also receive event reminders, schedule updates, announcements, and program information via email.

SMS (Text Message) Communications

By providing your mobile phone number and selecting SMS as a communication preference, you consent to receive text messages from Baby Blue Ballerzz including event reminders, schedule changes, urgent team notifications, subscription alerts, and order updates.

WhatsApp Communications

By providing your WhatsApp number and selecting WhatsApp as a communication preference, you consent to receive messages via WhatsApp from Baby Blue Ballerzz including event reminders, schedule changes, urgent team notifications, subscription alerts, and order updates.

• ● Donations are voluntary and non-refundable
• ● Baby Blue Ballerzz is a youth sports organization; donations may not be tax-deductible — consult your tax advisor
• ● Fundraising campaign goals are targets, not guarantees of use
• ● Donation rate limiting applies (5 donations per hour) to prevent abuse

Certain program activities may require the signing of digital waivers. By electronically signing a waiver, you acknowledge that your electronic signature has the same legal force as a handwritten signature. Waiver requirements will be presented in your customer account for each approved player.

• ● The team message board is available to registered users
• ● You are solely responsible for content you post
• ● Do not post content that is offensive, abusive, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise inappropriate
• ● Do not post personal information of others without their consent
• ● We reserve the right to remove any content and suspend accounts that violate these guidelines
• ● We are not responsible for user-generated content on the message board

• ● Referral rewards are subject to program terms as displayed in your account
• ● Self-referrals or fraudulent referrals will be disqualified
• ● We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the referral program at any time
• ● Referred users must create a valid account for the referral to count

All content on this Site — including logos, graphics, text, images, team branding, and design — is the property of Baby Blue Ballerzz or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark laws.

• ● You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from Site content without prior written permission
• ● The Baby Blue Ballerzz name, logos, and brand colors are trademarks of the organization
• ● Player photos and media are used with consent and may not be downloaded or redistributed for commercial purposes

You agree not to:

• ● Attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts, systems, or data
• ● Interfere with or disrupt the Site or its servers
• ● Submit false information during registration, checkout, or tryout applications

• ● Circumvent rate limits or security measures
• ● Abuse discount codes, referral programs, or promotions

The Site and all services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Baby Blue Ballerzz, its officers, coaches, volunteers, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site, including but not limited to:

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Site shall be resolved in the courts of Broward County, Florida.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
